Paid Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Paid Acquisition Manager to join the team to assist in driving customer growth. This individual will work in a fast-paced team environment overseeing paid customer acquisition channel(s). This individual will be driving high quality investor growth across a variety of paid channels. Additionally, this person will be responsible for collaborating with our design team to experiment with new creatives and messages that improve performance, as well as pursuing new channel opportunities.This role has the option to be remote or based in our Boulder office and will report into our VP, Marketing.

Within 1 month, you will:
Introduce yourself to the marketing team members, stakeholders, and collaborators
Get familiar with the channels, tools, metrics, and past campaign results
Meet with business leaders and teams across the organization to understand how Sweater works
Hit the ground running by managing Sweater’s paid acquisition channels and generate some early wins
Within 3-6 months, you will:
Significantly improve current channel efficiency through testing and optimization
Explore at least 3 new strategic channel opportunities with early testing
Establish a streamlined process working with brand, creative and analytics
Set up robust reporting & automation to improve efficiency
Build out Sweater’s SEO strategy and manage the content creation process
Participate in a quarterly goal setting process with clear goals and deliverables to support Sweater’s growth objectives
Within 12 months, you will:
Become the leader in strategy & execution for paid marketing in your managed channels
Consistently deliver and exceed ambitious performance goals on time and on budget
Build a high performing paid marketing program combining data-driven experimentation, deep customer understanding, and high level of creativity
Expand current paid channels through ongoing optimization and creative testing
Explored opportunities and build out at least 10 new channels to drive future Sweater’s growth
Work closely with creative teams to develop highly performant ads at a high output
Ensure that brand messaging and identity are reflected across the entire customer journey
Skills and qualifications we’re looking for:
3-4 years direct experience managing Paid Mobile User Acquisition at scale across multiple channels and ad networks, while exceeding specific KPIs
Demonstrates experience improving performance of Paid Mobile campaigns through optimization, automation, and creative
Results-driven professional with a mindset of relentless experimentation across existing channels while constantly finding and growing new acquisition channels
Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookups, basic modeling)
Expert in current privacy laws as it relates to the post iOS 14 / SKAdNetwork world we live in
Deep knowledge of MMP’s (Appsflyer / Adjust / Branch / etc…) and attribution
BA / BS degree. Focus in marketing or quantitative discipline (Statistics, Business, Economics) preferred
Strong communicator, self-starter, and able to work in a fast environment to get things done
Ability to prioritize multiple projects/priorities under tight deadlines
Thirst for delivering game-changing products and experiences
Exceptional drive and precision in delivery

Compensation range: $90,000 to $120,000 in Colorado + equity options. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience.
